HOW TO GET THERE?

Transit Information

Metro:  Take the Orange line to Vienna Metro, pick up the Cue bus for a free bus ride to our downtown.

Kiss & Ride/Uber/Lyft Drop Off:  Located at 10440 Main St., next to the Vendor Parking area.

WHY DO I HAVE TO GET A TICKET SINCE IT IS A FREE EVENT?

Tickets are used to monitor and manage the number of projected attendees to ensure a safe and fun event for everyone.

 

DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKET OUT?

It is up to you!

You can print your ticket out or you can show your ticket on your phone, and we will scan the barcode.

 

I DON’T HAVE A TICKET. IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO ENTER?

Possibly, but not a guarantee!

If the event is within the threshold of safe capacity, walk-ins are welcome but on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Our guests with tickets will have priority to the event.

 

I HAVE A TICKET FOR SESSION A, CAN I STAY AFTER 4:30 PM?

Possibly.

If the event is within the threshold of safe capacity, walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Depending on the amount of attendees, those without a ticket may be asked to wait until we are at a controlled number and able to allow re-entry.

Our guests with Session tickets will be given priority to enter the corresponding Session of the event.

 

WHAT IS THE EXIT AND RE-ENTRY POLICY?

Guests who exit the festival area will need to check in to re-enter.  Your original ticket to enter will have expired, thus requiring you to be a “walk-up” at re-entry.  A new wristband will be issued as well.

Wristbands are provided at check-in, and are unique for Session A and Session B. 

*Open containers of alcohol purchased at the festival will need to be consumed or disposed of to exit the festival area.*

 

IS EVERYTHING FREE AT THIS EVENT?

You must pay for your own food and drink, as proceeds will be donated to partnering AAPI charities!

 

WHERE CAN I FIND A RESTROOM?

Portable toilets will be available in the festival area and at Old Town Square (by North St. and Old Lee Highway).

 

IS DISABLED PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE FESTIVAL?

Yes, parking at 10367 Main St, Fairfax, VA 22030 will be allocated for individuals with valid DMV-issued disability parking permits. 

 

WHAT IS PROHIBITED AT THE FESTIVAL?

To ensure a safe and enjoyable festival experience for everyone, the following are not permitted at the festival:

    • Smoking or Vaping
    • Outside alcoholic beverages and food
    • Glass containers
    • Solicitation
    • Illegal drugs, controlled substances
    • Scooters, bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards, or in-line skates
    • Climbing on any staging areas
    • Defacing property within the festival site (this may result in prosecution)
    • Weapons
    • Pets (exception for service animals)
    • Large bags or containers

 

Bags, backpacks, coolers, and other hand-carried items are subject to inspection.

Umbrellas may be brought in, but you may be asked to lower them in performance areas to allow all guests access to stage viewing.
